PH of Distilled water?

Anyone know what the ph runs for distilled water?

it should be ph 7 neutral or close to it

It seems like when I get it it varys. It should be 7 but sometimes I have had to ph it up like it was at 5 or something. They need to make a product that ph'es for you. Not like up or down but just add a tsp per gallon and go. I know a lot of nutes are like that but what about when you are just adding straight water?

ok thanks...i haven't ph once...been going by the way its looking...so far looks real healthy, nice and green.....guess i'll go get a ph tester....thx again for the replies

If you don't ph you may start to see some damage to the leaves as well as really slow growth. This is more of an issue with hydroponic set ups but It can and has happened to me in soil.
