There are no directions on that bottle?

What I do is add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon incriments until my ph is at the desired ph level. But I also have ph up to counter if I over adjust. From my experience there is really no other way to adjust ph either up or down without checking and rechecking, adjusting and readjusting with ph up and/or down.

You can practice adjusting with just a plain gallon of water to get familiar with the strength of the ph down you have. This is how I learned to begin with 1/8 teaspoon first. good luck

Thanks! it has directions. 1 teaspoon every 10 gallons of nutrient solution. More or less, depending on the ph of water and nutrients. What does that mean?

yes have a ph tester right? and not the strips you buy from the pool store. just add your nutes, then add ph down until your desired ph level comes up on the tester. DONT PH THE WATER UNTIL THE NUTES ARE IN! the nutes will probably drop your ph level a little.

I water my plants almost two times a week. Ive gavem more nutes then required. They had some burn spots from that but nothing big. I flush with water the follwing time aorund and then add nutes again.

I use that osmosis water, i dont know the name really, but its not tap water.
Yeah that's perfect I hear, myself I use tap water after it's sat out a day or two, but I have to spend my money other other things, cant afford a filtration yet and $1 a gal from the store would eat into my budget too, else I would use RO water.

You can use one of those r/o water machines at the grocery store. If you bring your own jug it's like 25 cents a gallon.

yeah i kno but $25 buys lights and other things I need more, my water does me just fine Im in a great clean water area so it's not a issue for me at all.
Others aren't as lucky I can use my tap water straight from the faucet and no problems.
