PH Problems 101

Firs time grower here, gotta question is there any house hold or consumer products that can help bring my PH down.
My Ph is at 7.1 too high to start seedlings i know to let water sit out in the open air to help bring down the PH but this is taking too long and just wondering if there is a better soulution?

yea. you can get PH Down in walmart in the pool section, or just go to a hydro store and get it.. whatever. Just remember you don't have to use much.. so don't load that water with PH down, also let the water sit out for a bit before you use the water still.

Lemon juice or vinager

As an experiment, I added one drop of PH down to 1 gallon of my 6.2 tap water and it dropped to under ph 4!
My tap water (rain) has a TDS of between 5 and 8ppm. It seems that with tds that low, very little PH solution is needed. Of course when nutes are added, it takes alot more get where I need be.
