PH Run off, How do I adjust it to the right PH?

So I noticed my plants had been having some nutrients issues (Mainly Phosphurus)

So I just ran some 7.0Ph water through one of my plants and the run off came out at 4.5ph.

What do I do to get my soils ph up to 6.0-7.0????

Quick solution would be to top dress with some garden lime. Next time add some dolomite lime to the soil mix.
