PH up/down slutions, where to buy?

Can anyone tell me what these soulutions are, can you use certain home products for this purpose, and where do you folks get your up and down solutions to go along with your testers. I would like to simply buy the ph strips and be able to buy some up down solution separately, or make it out of home products bought at the store.

i got mine there and it works well, other than that you would have to order it online if there isn't a grow shop near you

Home depot in the gardening section. It looks like the pic i attached they have both 'up' and 'down' in these 1L size bottles, they also have another brand in black bottles.

Wondering if u can use the powder flavor

Do some searching, can't remember which is for which, but baking soda for down, and I think vinegar for up I think.

thats backwards but yeah
