Pilgrims/Indians corn growing method on marijuana

What do you guys think about the Native Americans' method taught to the Pilgrims about growing corn: dig a hole, lay a fish in there, cover it with little soil, then put the seed on top and cover with soil. I'm very curious, do you guys think this method would be any good when it comes to growing marijuana?

it will attract animals to dig it up, and your plant with it.

I think the method the mexicans taught us, just taking a shit in the hole, are at the same effectiveness level.

I'd personally just add fish emulsion to my feedings...
