Pineapple Chunk, Tangerine Dream, SO Blueberry LED/HPS Combo Grow!

Hey ya'll! I am three weeks to the day of my Tangerine Dream, Pineapple Chunk, and Southern Oregon Seeds Blueberry grow.
Specs:
Fox Farm soil/nutes (grow big so far)
2 300w Galaxyhydro 3w
1 apollo air cooled 600 watt hps (using mh currently)
Apollo 4x4 tent
2 6" inline fans- 1 for fresh air 1 to cool ballast
Germinated I'm paper towels 100% success.
This is my first full go grow, had a couple previous by far nothing to talk about. I'm growing in my garage and I'm in the Midwest so I am really fighting temperature changes pretty bad (54-84). I've had a plant (pineapple chunk) start to really cup/curl as I haven't been able to depict if it started before or after the first and only nute feed I did the other day (1 tbs/gallon-maybe too much?) anyway all the other haven't shown near as much stress with the cupping as my p.c. I have 2 tangerine dreams, 3 pineapple chunks and 1 of southern Oregons blueberry. Not really sure what to expect just was time to stop spending a fortune on crap weed!! Anywho I started my seeds on 24/0 switched to 18/6 did that for a couple weeks and now have switched back to 24/0 to combat temperature swings. I am running hps/led as an experiment and of course all my equipment is cheapo! They're sitting in 5 gal buckets and get watered when I feel they need it ( try to let them go w/o ) thanks guys!

Day 23: I topped my plants a week ago and haven't really seen an insane amount of growth. I found my laser temperature checker and it had my inlet air ( which I have blowing right over the plants @ 54*-crap ) as well as my soil even though my thermometer reads 72* and is sitting atop my center plant....sigh. So I'm docking my extreme lack of height / growth (4"max) on the coldness. I want to do a scrog so we have a ways to go. Turned off the inlet fan/ raised the Lights to 21" from 17". Let's hope for some change. Certainly dont recommend an area that's hard to control temps....

Day 25:
I raised my inlet fan and everything went from 54* to about 69-72* with my laser reader and I really think the plants have appreciated it. I've kept my lights steady at about 21" and Im finally getting some stretch. Probably going to put my scrog in this weekend and set it about 8" above. I fed them last night (3tsp grow big) and slow fed them because I think I've been letting them dry out too much as the water really goes right through them...was hoping for a fast veg but not looking good!
