Pistols buds and more in veg

I'm at a loss and I know it's been covered but not quite to my situation. I am 4 weeks in veg on my FACE extreme (first pic) and my cherry pie (second picture) they are both photos in 75 degrees 18/6 light. The cherry pie seems to be flowering but is a photo. Thought maybe it was a mix up but the company doesn't sell auto cherry pie. Genetics? The gsc is healthy as can be but the cherry pie got nitrogen toxicity as if I fed it to much nitrogen in flower. I'm so confused but kept going with my planned schedule. If it's being an auto idw to flip to 12/12 but I'm not sure what to do either. Suggestions?

Some sativa strains can flip themselves like autos when stressed. Keep going like you are and there are two likely results, 1. it keeps flowering you get some bud or 2. it takes a month to reveg and you lose a bit of time and maybe some end mass, but still likely to get more than if it keeps flowering now.
Or you can put it under 20/4 or 24 hours light and hope it starts to reveg.
If it's an auto that you got by accident, that would help it grow more.
