Plane and Helicopter question

lately i have noticed a good bit of helicopters flying over and planes (no not commercial small ones lol) im just curious if they are the freakin drug scouting planes or are these just randoms?

there is a small airport type thing nearby but im just asking because im a little worried

Yep, bro. You got made. They send the helicopters first to take IR Photographs. Then the planes come. You don't even want to know what the planes got on board.......

What lights you running? If nothing above 1000w hps then paranoia. I feel same. I only have 400w and like 2-4 plants in my closet but all of a sudden I hear every bloody police helicopter flying over my house and freak a lil. Used to it now. No one has been knocking. And I have friends in my local force whoo give me the low down.

...being by an airport, sounds like you have the idea spot if you ask me....LOL, the sky needs to stay clear around airports for the "incoming"...doesn't seem as though they could hang out enough to scout you out.

Helicopters just find farms. Some will argue that they can fly over your house and see hot spots.... but indoors, we all know the most common way people get janked is from word of mouth. Second the electric bill. Also the government now has the balls/right to look through our emails, immediately after we have read them, they used to have to wait a long time..... but nooooooobody gives a shiz. they don't give a shiz. Anyone on here take precautions, to register here?

i'd have thought you'd be fine. as said, it's only when you're an indoor grower with 1000's of watts burning through the night that you get caught from the helicopter.

as for planes. i would not have thought they'd use planes for finding grow houses. they cannot get low enough or slow enough for an accurate monitoring.

lol @ the people afraid of the police. Hot spots on houses are no big deal and certainly not enough to get a warrant which is needed to go into a house. Be more worried if you see people other than garbage men taking your garbage. Just remember one thing if theres no warrant its called Supression of Evidence.

and totally agreed, if i was a judge and was asked for a warrant because a wall was slightly hoter than normal, i'd probably ask for his superior to give him a misconduct warning or something, that's just dumb. my cabinet is near my front wall. there are radiators on every bit of the front wall, how would the public react if they suddenly found policemen using taxpayer money etc to obtain warrants to prove people use central heating

One more thing while were on the topic, if you are ever arrested after they read you your miranda rights you should ask for a lawyer. They will not be able to question you without a lawyer as soon as you ask for one. A confession is never good and you can almost never fight them unless the cops beat it out of you and it get surpressed.

Police need a warrant before they can use IR & thermal imaging. In Kyllo v US, the Supreme Court found using such means without a warrant constituted an unlawful search.
