plans and questions

Hey guys! I've been planning on a stealth in a small rental home. Unfortunately no walk in closet, it's one of those kind that you slide the mirror back. I was thinking of getting a 4x2 tent w 400hps and a 2x2 with a 175 mh and a few cfls for the clones. I'll have the veg tent stacked like top 4ft will be veging with the 175mh and on some sort of support for them to be held over the 2 ft chamber with clones and mother with a few cfls. Then in the flower tent I'd have a 4"inline carbon filter combo sucking the air but blowing through a cool tube then straight out to keep the 400hps cool and to have the carbon filter in the flower tent near the top where I'll have a duct run from the top of the two to suck excess heat from the 175mh. Ive been really curious where I want to dry because I want to do them perpetually so I figured i could make some sort of light proof ventilated compartment near the intakes in the veg tent.I was also curious about ordering supplies on amazon because a full 400w kit costs 260 at a local Hydro but 130 online. Would ordering tents ventilation and lights on amazon straight to my door be suspicious to any law enforcement? Do they even give a fuck? I'd still probably buy Fox farm at a hydro store

I bought my tents from ebay.....if they get technical say it's a dark room for photography there basically same thing....but just look at different sellers some say shipping is descreet, plain brown box
Some will have a different purchase name on u r bank/credit statement
