you have given almost no info, but browning, or necrotic leaf tips is usually a sign of over fertalizing.

it is only a week and two days old i have used nitrogen fetilizer and it is in soil that should give it food for 3weeks it is outside so could it be bug bites

you probly shouldnt of gave it nutes yet that is probly what's causing it, too much. id advise to flush it out as soon my possible with a lot of water but im not 100% sure so wait for someone else to confirm this

defo to early for nutes,jus some organic seed compost will do fine

wait till its bigger to give nutes, and do it at 1/4 of what they recommend using at first
