I have two questions i figured kill two birds with one stone 
err sorry the pics are so big :\
Problem 1:
We had our clones on just plain pH water while we were waiting for the rest of our clones to root. It's been 2 days since we switched over from pH water to nutrients (1/2 strength) but the coloring is off on the plants. They are a pale green with a few darker leafs. see pictures below. Just wondering if anyone know's why this is happening, and what should we do to solve the problem?
Problem 2:
Not too long ago we transferred our mothers from 4" cubes to 6" and now they are getting a little too bushy
We want to prune them but we're worried about stressing them does anyone know how we can prune them without sending them into shock ?
