Can anyone identify this: very bummed out! Need help, what can I do????

Girl Scout Cookie and Dos-Si-Do and are 5 weeks old. Just topped using FIM method.
Planted in Happy Frog Soil (25% Perlite) outdoors and Fertilize with Fox Farm Trio, Bush Doctor Kangaroots and Micro Brew all at 1/2 strength. Schedule is, Water Dry, Feed, Dry

Been spraying with Dr. Earth for insects and homemade fungicide.

I have ruled out aphids (none under magnifying glass), over and under watering (drains too well), and too much Fert. Am I wrong? That leaves a disease of some sort.

This appeared this morning and I stripped off all affected leafs and spayed with Bonide Copper Fungicide. By late this afternoon it has spread and looks like this:

I'll also add that if the root hairs are rotted from over watering, the only thing that will help them recover is adding microbes.

Ie, adding cal-mag is a good idea, but if the root hairs are rotted, the plant won't be able to uptake the cal-mag. In this case, microbes can help the root hairs recover. A legit mag deficiency usually comes from too much light, as the plant is unable to replenish the Mag in the photosynthesis process since it is constantly using Mag for photosynthesis. Most people add about 100-200ppm cal mag to every normal watering (starting with 0ppm or close to 0ppm RO water), and just water with cal-mag water. Hope that helps.
 
pH is nearly a constant 6.3 or close. The soil is very well drained with about 25% perlite in 1 cu. ft. But it does look like a Mag deficiency. Been working out for a while on how much water to give it. But will go with over watering as the answer. Been using anywhere from 1/2 gallon-2 gallons every other day trying to work it out, mathematically each cu. ft. needs 1 1/4 gallon. The top inch is always dry within 8-10 hours because of the perlite. I will continue adding Bush Doctor Kangaroots and Microbe Brew but cut back to 1/2 gallon every other day: maybe every second day. 4 dry days a week with 1-2 waterings or 1-2 feedings.
Just ordered Cal Mag.

Check out using Epsom salt for mag. It's a cheap and quick solution while you wait for calmag to come in.

PH too low .... out of bag floats ” about “ 6.3 .... you need to run 6.5 - 6.7 always with this soil .

How did you measured it? What is your water pH going in?
 
Happy Frog Soil pH measured by mixing DI water with soil and strain after 24 hours= 6.3; Tap water after letting set for 2 days used pH down to get 6.3-6.4 when watering and feeding.

Okay than I would first check your pH meter for calibration, because its weird to me you have soil slurry test higher than 6,0. I have done slurry test on maybe 10 different soils and never got values higher than 6,0 especially when I used DW. And also you wrote you let it sit for 24 hours, than it is even more weird you got values like that with DW! There was a guy who let the FF soil lab tested and got results pH 6,1 but it was OF I think. All peat based soils tends to pH around 6,0 and adding any kind of syntetic fert makes it even faster. And soil of pH 6,0 is not “optimal” for uptake nuts like Ca, P and Mg. Than the strange things like this can apper and it can lead to unwanted lockout.
 
Re-tested and the soil is 6.1, what pH should I get the water? I have been shooting for 6.3. Think I should go for 6.7-6.8?

6,1 is quite low for soil. I always shot my water to 6,85 but in your case I would do water 7,0 to get nice regular runoff around 10-20% (count it not only guess!) and check the EC and pH.
