Plant drooping

I overwatered her about 5 days ago then changed her soil mix so it had more air flow to the roots. I have 5 cfls directly over it, ten in total counting the ones next to it. 8 6500k and 2 4500k. It purked up a bit, but i don't know why the leaves won't extend. It is getting growth but I feel it could be getting more.

Do you see how the leaves appear full, but they droop down and the tips turn in toward the main stem? That means you're still over watering.

The soil is dry and it has been 3 days. The cube it was in could be wet still?

Man, you might be better off popping another bean-- unless you got the space/time to watch what happens next to that thing....
