Plant foxtailing late in flower ~ should I chop or wait?

Be more aware of necrotic leaf near bud.
Sativas will foxtail for a number of reasons ….
Genetics / environmental / light / heat . Most of the healthy leaf is toast ( pics ) - dead leaf moving into bud can cause rot. Many strains will stack calyx. Many will have some pistil growth at harvest too.

“ finger buds “ happen - your grinder will give zero shits. Enjoy.

Thank you for the reminder about the necrotic leaf. Just trimmed her up a bit.

I think I'll probably harvest within the next week.
 
Wait, the yield will suffer immensely if you harvest early also the buds are going to retract as they cure and it will not look as "bad".
Looks absolutely fire my dude. Great work.
