Plant is droopy

I have not watered my plant in a few days i dont think it is overwatering I only give them a 1/3 of a cup of water every other day. Well when it gets about 5 hours before my lite goes of it seems to be droopy. In the morning it doesnt is this normal or not?

Well if you would believe me its probably normal, unless someone wants to criticize me.

If you are only giving it a 1/3 cup water everyso often then you should bump it up to one cup and see what happens in another few days, you probably wont see drooping.
