plant is getting too big...

i have a plant in my backyard that i've been growing since may 8th. since i'm growing it outside, i can't make it stop growing and start to bud...so it just keeps growing. my problem is now it's getting bigger than i want it. and it's getting to the point where i am really scared to keep it in my backyard in case my neighbor calls the cops.

what should i do? should i try to cover (surround) it with shit like bushes? or should i play it safe and transplant it to a different area thats far enough away from my house?

tie that fucker down sideways to promote side growth so it grows like a bush or you can top it so it grows wide

could always get plastic cherrys or berries or something and put on it

cover it up(surround it) with some bushes so you can keep an eye on it.
you dont really want to move it at this stage.
or top the plant an as said you can tie it down.
