Plant is truly impressive

Thought I had a disaster. A few weeks into flowering my biggest girl (Moby Dick = WW + Haze) got too top-heavy and the main stem just folded over.

Cut the whole top half off and figured this was curtains for her. I thought she would just die, get an infection and die, or just take up space and not produce.

As I was getting ready to take her down, I thought just wait and see. Well, she didn't even slow down - its like nothing happened her side branches have taken the place of the main stem and the flowers are growing like mad.

Color me impressed with the vigor and tenacity of this plant. If this had happened in veg I could understand better, but well into flowering?

Wow.

I've read a lot where people do that by intention to mature the bottom half more, so it stands to reason. That's a good problem to have that the buds are so heavy they fall over.

Read up a bit about harvesting slowly. Starting like you did accidentally. Also if the stem did not completely sever I would just split it and support it.
