Plant just gave birth. What should I call it? Does it have a future?

So this thing has popped up out of the root zone... Kinda makes me feel uneasy. I'm a week after flip so I'll probably end up chopping it off.

Why does it make you feel uneasy? It's just part of the plant. It won't matter if you trim it off or leave it.

I would cut the bitch n' clone her, most abnormalities turn out to be some very interesting plants when you self them and then make seeds with them. I got a F3 Kali Mist that did that and when I made seeds from her every seed that I grow out does something really crazy... anytime I top a node, the two side nodes branches begin to grow, but about 1/2 inch up those branches, a new branch will pop out of the each of those side node branches, so in essence, every time I top her, and that means anywhere on the plant, I end up with 4 new branches instead of just the 2 side branches. The babies are sleeping now, but I will post a few pics when they wake up in a few hours to show you what i mean, its really cool, well at least I think it is, LoL!

Where the cotyledons form as the plant grows it often tries to branch out from there.

Looks like you buried it deep enough to cover that branch when you transplanted.

Here is a quick example of what I meant, and like i said, every seed act the same way when a node is topped, sometimes you get (2) one on each side and other times you get one like the example, but no matter what, they all grow into a new branch, with just as big as a top that didn't have another branch pop out it...
