Plant Mid-Life Coma

I have grown two times in the past and both of theese grows basically comatised for around 3-5days which basically meant they stood there healthy but growth was 90% stumpted.

I was wondering if when this happens i should flush with water, and put the nutes back after the coma.

Or am i the only person experiencing this?

I've noticed this in my plants, usually around six weeks of age (veg). I solve it by giving them what I call a flush-n-feed - basically flush them, and give their normal nutes in the last half gallon or so. Should see growth pick up again after that.

That's funny because i've only ever vegged for 4 weeks, but it happens in veg to me also.

I was just thinking it would be a good time to flush to remove excess salts at this time as the plants not using much nutrients, on another thought this could be a state at which the plants reaches a certain mass and stops growing to concentrate on root growth so that the plant can maintain its healthy and fast growth :D

Maybe the time difference has to do with pot size - what size do you use? I'm in three gallon buckets.
