Plant problem 3rd day flower help

Hi guys recently iv noticed a problem with my girls I'm on third day of flower please help.... I watered them this morning and when I wen to turn lights out tonight this is what they look like. I don't think it's over watering. Perhaps the roots aren't taken up what they need when I'm watering. Anyway they just look really droopy and skinny... Anything I can do to help my girls bounce back?

Hi MJ thanks.... After doing abit reading I actually think iv over watered and starved the roots of oxygen... Going to leave them to dry out hopefully they start looking a little better

Yeah so I think I just over watered so just put small light back in for a day or two so not to stress them any more with the big light and also got fans on to help dry my girls out, they seem abit better today, once they start to grow again I will move the 600w hps back in

If that was the first time you watered since flipping your lights, remember, you just cut their days effectively in half...they will have to acclimate accordingly. Just stay your course and you'll be fine. Your girls look pretty decent. Good luck.
