Plant problem help me please some one !

Okay so i have three plants going indoors, i am using two ufo lighting systems that are suppose to eaqual 400 a peace, i am running lights on 17 hours and 7 off, watering when soil drys up. I have one plant that the leaves are always poting down and the edges of the leaves are curling up under each other. By the end of the day all leaves are dropping down come morning they are back up and perky and then the end of the day comes and they are all droppy and look dead , can some one please help here

They need to be transplanted into bigger pots.

They don't look bad really. Weed plants normally droop down at the end of the photoperiod and perk up at the start of it. I don't know why, but they do. The leaves shouldn't be limp, just angled downward. I've had plants with leaves curled like that before and it wasn't a problem. I could be wrong, but I think they'll turn out okay.
