Plant problem! Not over water than what could it be?

i have had this in flower for almost a week now.... it was nice green and leaves were perky... now lower fans are turning... and all the leaves are drooping even the new ones.... this pic is from yesterday morning... it is even worse today...
some history:.... i got from a buddy, who had it veging.. i used 1/4 nutes with water two days ago. could it be the change in inviorment? the Lst? or what... its big so i want it to do good so...
