Plant started outside...now inside QUESTION.

hello. i was just given about a 3.5 to 4 ft plant that has lived its entire life outside and started from just a pile of seeds that was tossed on the ground. so...i have no idea what strain or any specs of this plant.

this plants color doesnt look as green as the plants i normally grown inside(which have dark green leaves) dont get me wrong, this plant has green leaves, they are just more of a lighter yellow green than the dark green im used to seeing. im thinking this may be to the lack of nutrition this plant has seen. it was just growing in a sandy dirt. no soil or anything.

Now ive had it for about three days now and i have it under light 19 hours. it was already starting to flower just a hair. lil hairs have started forming. my question is...should i keep it inside under light for a couple weeks before i put it into full flower mode, or should i go ahead with 12/12 now as it seems to be ready to flower?

also, the quality looks a littly be weak, i guess just because it didnt have nutrition, but has anyone ever had any with good buds from a plant that grew outside with no nutrition? what are the buds like?

i have transplanted this plant into quality soil and already gave it its first watering of 11-35-15 in preparation for flowers. thanks for the advice.

when a plant shows white hairs in veg cycle the plants are saying "Hey im mature now and ready to flower", so i would flower. Just me though.

You're quality should be fine as long as you feed it some good nutes during flowering. And I'm with the others: it's mature enough to flower. I'd do it now. Be prepared for it to grow quite a bit higher. :)
