Plant stopped giving off that weedy smell in flowering.

So this plant didn’t have a pungent odor to begin with it was always a bit fruity and weedy, but now that it has been in flowering for about a month the smell is gone.
I can only smell something on the plant if i put my nose against the flowers.
Any idea what might be up ? Will it affect the end product/potency ?
Oh and it is a sativa dominant hybrid, not sure what exactly.

ps. Any idea how long i should wait before harvest looking at the pictures ? I lost my magnifying lens a few weeks ago.
Thanks…

Weed doesn't "stop smelling" but your nose might.

It really did, why would i be asking if it didn’t ? Other plants do, it’s just this one that stopped even other seedlings smell a little weedy if i touch them with a finger, but not this flowering one.

I’ve had strains lose their aroma but it’s always at the end of flowering, not during. They do seem to go through peaks and troughs with smell.

Adding sulphur can help, Epsom salts are a great source of sulphur.

Also that plant has a good 6-8 weeks maybe more of maturing to do!

Ok, i will do so accordingly, thanks.
Will let you know on here if it helps.

what happens is your house is full of the weed smell and your nose just goes okej thats how the world smells lets put that in regular smells that we ignore.

Not growing for the first time man, that does happen rarely but that wasn’t the case here, it did lose the smell(as confirmed by others) and gradually it is getting the smell back.
