Plant stopped growing

Also, did you just transplant? After transplanting, the plants will often nearly stop leaf growth, and focus on root development. The time the plant is in this phase is often determined by the size of the container you're moving from, and the size of the container you move into.
 
pH 6.8-7. 3 weeks old in biobizz all mix medium.i feed it fish mix and bio heaven following the chart. 500 watt quantum board. I feed once per 5 days as the others

I transplanted it before 2 weeks
 
Ph is a bit to high and .5 pH variance may be to much for the plant. Some plants are more picky than others.
Is it any auto by chance?
If so you shouldn't feed it a full dose of nutes
 
Only a bit burned on lower leaves

It's likely due to the transplant. The plant is focusing it's energy into establishing its root structure again. Did the transplant go smooth? Do you feel there was a possibility you damaged any roots during the process?
