Plant trouble...

Hi, I have 12 plant in a 4x4 grow tent and they are about 2 week old. In the tent I have a 1000w HPS light and a carbon filter with fan.
To feed my 12 plant I use, Water, Miracle grow Quick start(4-12-4) for now, and Miracle Grow soil, all my plant were looking good so far but one are in big trouble I think, just take a look at the picture, any idea of my problem? thanks a lot! The other 11 plant are well looking like the second picture...

The light killed it and if you don't raise it the rest will follow.

2 week old plants in MG soil don't need extra nutes.

Agreed. Can we get more details?
Do you have proper ventilation?
Room temps?

It all plays a factor.

Yeah I have good ventilation, Look at the picture, I have the fan with the carbon filter, and an another big yellow fan in the opposite corner and temp are at 24 degree...
