Planted seeds stopped sprouting?

The other day, I germinated 3 seeds, using the papertowel method which I have never had a problem with. They all formed roots about 1/4" long. I planted them into the same Seed & Cutting soil I've been using for my 4 week old Lemon Skunk since day 1. I burried the seeds over with a light layer of dirt (which means the seed was about 1/2 a cm under the soil) and kept them moist (misting them about 3 times a day, which is about how often they were pretty dried out. One sprouted perfectly, and is on day 4 from seed at about 3 cm tall. One did not sprout whatsoever, so I dug it up and disposed of it. And THE OTHER one sprouted out of the dirt, to where the cotyledons and stem were quite visible and looking like they're just about to shake the seed. It's been 3 days and there hasn't been ANY difference, so I'm basically wondering if it is dead & I should get rid of it, or if I should leave it & hopefully there's still a chance for my little Lemon Kush?!?!
