plants healt decling...mold?....nutes....bad water?

ok i have a water farm, 1 super sliver haze, 150 cfl... I have been feeding it only neptunes harvest fish n seaweed...2_3_1...only cause dynagrow hasnt arrived. I have just fed it water for 3 days...the plant is about 16 days old.. the color in the pics isnt great but first there was spots light green, took the shine right out of the leave, not they are so brittle ...the new groth doesnt
seem affected yet...did have a problem with mildew last grow....heres the pics

anyway i think i might have found the problem the air pump wasnt really working only pumping a little water out on one side of the ring,
so i fixed it an added a air stone it rew more then a inch over night hopfully the was it.....thanks
