Plants in trouble!! Help!!

Started noticing some discolouration on leaves. Doing a little research I am concerned this may be Septoria, if so I think I’m screwed because it’s on a ton of leaves!! Would really appreciate some input. I

Are they getting wet a lot? If so, septoria seems like a reasonable diagnosis. May want to remove the infected leaves, treat the plants with fungicide.

This is what im hoping I don’t have to do :( just because it’s so many leaves!! They definitely do not get overly wet I’ve been careful not to over water and hasn’t rained a lot lately. If anything they’re occasionally underwatered and when I see that I water and they perk back up.

My situation is complicated by the fact that I’m growing on a rooftop in downtown Toronto and the sunlight exposure is different than what it was in June / July and so they don’t really get sunlight until about 10-11am and I can’t move them around like I used to where I got them sunlight from like 6am - 8pm.

All to say... if it is septoria I don’t know how I can prune all those leaves right now with the plants now in flowering :( :(

Brain is starting to kick in.

Passing this one off to the Mrs.

Looking at your deck boards says it's wet there and the rest of the plant looks like a uniform splotchy with some yellowed leaves.

Mrs.Weed is probably closer to the truth than my half ass glance.

Hmm yea I mean I watered last night so that would be the reason deck boards are wet, and I admit I didn’t clear the dead leaves as vigilantly as perhaps I could have. But it’s been hot up here and hasn’t rained much. Not discounting the septoria but Kapebaiden what were you thinking before??

also, if it is Septoria how can I possibly prune all those leaves? Won’t that just kill the plant anyway at this point?

Any plant can be brought back with time and effort.
Septoria can be treated with a sulphur wash. It's harsh and you probably don't want to go through the hell sulphur causes but it would clear anything up. Safers has a fungicide spray that has sulphur in it.

*Note*

Your plant will get burned to shit because of it but it will bounce back.

There's probably gentle fix's available but sulphur sprays are what I use.

Originally I wasn't looking at the obvious yellow spots, I looked deeper into the plants where the discoloration was just starting.

Interveinal chlorosis, not really indicitive of yellow spot.

It does however remind me of a nutrient defeciency.

Haven’t really been using anything really, just sunlight and water. I am growing in a Pro Mix Potting Mix and recently (only two applications) started on a Pro Mix Fertilizer. I don’t think this will be sufficient to address the apparent nutrient deficiencies.
I think I am going to try to address nutrient deficiencies first and hope that works. Will monitor closely and if things get worse or point towards Septoria will quickly pivot.
Thank you EVERYONE for all the feedback, really appreciate the quick responses.
