Plants leafs curling

This is my first time growing and have looked around the Internet to see what the cause of my plants leafs turning the way they are and can't really find any information that is a solid answer to the problem as they all look so familiar.
At the moment I'm doing them in my bathroom and moving them into a shed/grow room.

I am running a 600w HPS Light. 100% soil then going to a 60% soil 40% perlite when ready for moving into bigger pots

I have attached some photos.

Likely pH. Try a foliar feeding if possible and see if they improve.

I have these would they be okay to use as a fertiliser in the foilar spray?
Biobizz Bio-Bloom
Biobizz Bio-Grow
Biobizz Top-Max

I am guessing 1ml per litre?

I'll leave that to somebody familiar with those products. But I am guessing they would be fine. Just not sure on the dilution. Others will be along pronto with more suggestions. Or actually email or call the company. Just don't say "pot". They will know already.
