yea have the right nuits, been on ionic producs from day on at right concentrations , soil grow, soil bloom etc, been watered soon as they need it, not sure if my pots are too small, plants are only 15 inches tall but all have buds

How big are the pots as a restricted root zone will severely stunt them... Its like asking them to run wearing cramped shoes!!! Lol!
My outside pots are at least 10 inches across at the top...

Check your ph sounds like they are just sitting there waiting for you to correct the ph so it unlocks the nutes. always check ph before trying to add nutes adn stuff because if you add nutes and then correct the ph they will get a large amount of concentrated nutes and burn. if you have already been adding nutes and dont know the ph flush with ph'd water first then correct the ph of the nute water after adding nutes. and do this every time you water with no exceptions. ph sould be 5.5 to 6.5 most people try for 6.0
