plants seeking the light!

Hiya fellers,
My week old plants are doing well.

I have them on a windowsill during the day.

The thing is, they bend towwards the light, if I turn them round it takes them 2 hours to bend back again.

Should I keep rotating them?
Or just let them point that way?

At night time I hang them 2 inches below a flouro tube.

thanks

You just gotta keep rotating them. Sun light through a window is not as good as artificial light of a bulb or grow lights. I recommend you keep it under floros all the time. Your giving your plant 2kinds of light spectrums in a day. The plant might have a hard time growing with 2different light temperatures.

i always rotate my pots and switch the positions of my plant pots right through the whole grow(usually after watering)and yes the seedlings are reaching for the light by bending(and will eventually cause stretching that you dont want).
scrap the sunlight(unless you are growing outdoors)and get a descent grow lamp and set up.
