Plants seems to grow but leaves are dying?

I have yet to fertilize this plant with nutrients. I have general hydroponics but I wanted to see if i can grow a plant without using any fertilizer. It is White widow being grown outdoors currently, but planned to move inside once I get all my equipment setup. Am in a southern state so plenty of sunshine.

You've got some mite/thrip pests it looks like dude. Left side can see holes in leaves... Check the plant for any insects underside of leaves, stems etc.

PS. Other than those holes tho... doesnt look unhealthy!
