plants shriveling up and dying

ive lost 2 plants so far, they get all dry and weak, the stems thin and they just collapse and die, why is this happening?
 
pc case, 2x 20watt cfl + 2 x 11 watt cfl, 2 intake fans 2 outake fans, it all happens within the first week so no nutes.
 
From your description 2x 20 watt CFL, and stems breaking then they fall over and die. Looks like stretching is the problem. How far away are your lights?

they dont stretch, i put the light ultra close, after mayb 2 days the stems get weak, then they fall over, then dry up and then die, i have no idea whats goin on here?
 
im using some generic compost and i was watering once or twice a day, dont you have to water them lots on the first days?
 
After it breaks the surface you should water once a day and don't water again until the top layer of the soil has dried up. Make sure theres also a way for the water to drain out.
Pictures would be helpful tho.

yh theyr dead already, i was asking for future reference, check out my journal if you like, i just veggd for 3 weeks and im flowerin a purple widow.
 
there isnt much info .. so probably water .
but you said twice a day . did you check the temperature ?
do you have a fan going ?? maybe its too powerful ?? 9v fans work wonders !!

the fans arent too strong, next time im gonna put a humidity dome over the plants, it doesnt feel humid in there.
