Plants still not flowering

Hi,
I'm having an issue with my outdoor photoperiod plants. They show no signs of flowering whatsoever and its already August 19th. Is this normal? I live in northeast Europe. During the day its average 25C and nights are 15C. The strains I bought are AMS from greenhouse seeds which Should be ready by end of september but that seems to be impossible at this point. Could someone please advise me what's the issue? Below you can see pictures of the plants. One of them is quite large but even the small one has no flowering signs yet. And By the way our local hemp plants are flowering already

If it's any consolation, I have a couple cultivars here in Maine (44 degrees North latitude) that are just barely starting to flower. We'll be well into October before they're ready. Not unusual. If you want earlier harvests you need to grow cultivars that start earlier. How many hours of darkness are you getting now?

My outdoors girls are in flower, but not a great indicator (long story)
So I checked last years pics & 2 of 3 were flowering by this time, the 3rd was throwing out hairs.

Is there any direct light on them after dusk?
Any light brighter than the moon?

Looks to me that they're not getting enough light during the day, and are a bit stressed because of it.

Good luck

I’d say you’re pushing getting them mature at this point. Better figure out how to get 12 hours complete darkness. Here’s mine in Missouri. Been flowering for 36 days, and figure I have a month to 5 weeks left.

I had plants outside last year in my yard in OR. They were proven Mac 1 clones, and they didn't start flowering until the first week september. I have no idea why there was no extra lights or anything wierd. I finally had to cut them the middle of october because it was starting to rain and I didn't want to completely loose everything. They were definitely very immature and not impressive, but they were still some free smoke to have stashed when I didn't have something better.

It´s normal. I´m in central Europe and here it starts flowering late august-mid september. So yours could be even later.

Same. In Toronto and have two Northern Lights that only started flowering around first week of August. If the weather holds and it doesn’t get bonkers cold too early in October, there is a chance. Thankfully the Kush plants will be done by mid Sept so efforts not all in vain :)

I'm in eastern Ontario: my purple death bubba still hasn't flowered, while the critical mass right beside it is well on it's way.
