Plants stretched but seem to be doing fine...

Hi all, just an update to my first grow, basically I had started germinating in peat and let the seedlings get too tall because I didn't have their final homes set up at the moment (low funding at the time) and my CFLs were too far away. However now that everything is set up correctly I have noticed that their height has been more gradual and that they are getting thicker/bushier. They still have a large portion of bare stem because of my screw up during the beginning and I'm hoping that this isn't because they are males. I have looked at all of them and they don't show any signs of of being males compared to some preflower male pictures I've been looking at...just so I know what to be on the lookout for. I'm in my 4th week now, using bagseed. Following Seemorebuds grow, same equipment, just using 2 fixtures and 6 plants. I plan on taking some close up pics but I don't have my camera at the moment.

What do you think, should I do something for support for the stems before they start putting on more weight up there and chance the stem snapping? Also...I plan on doing a 2 month veg, they biggest one is at about a foot tall now, the others close behind.

Like I said, I haven't noticed any nutsacks, just node growth which starts from 2 really thin slivers of leaves.
