plants wilting with lots of water

So i have 5 starts outdoors all from the same seed and mother plant. 2 are wilting pretty hard with their leaves touching the soil the others are looking pretty damn good. We call it sleeping because they used to perk up a little more in the day and wilt hard at night. The leaves are stiff and not lacking water at all. I have heard this can be because of too much nitrogen but the plants are not dark green and i just leached the soil out 2 days ago and then transplanted them to bigger pots just yesterday. I am hoping to see some improvement soon, but i would rather know the problem before i fix something that is not broken.

Could this be a micro nutrient sufficiency? I heard there is lots of iron in my water? PH problem maybe? I used old 1 gallon pots from last year without washing them out properly?

Also the fingers on the leaves are folded inward making them V shaped and not like the natural flat solar collectors they should be.

Any help at all would be appreciated. I will get some pics up soon.
