Plants wont flower under 12/12??

Hello. Im running a 20 plant coco setup and im almost 4 weeks into flower and i have 5 plants that preflowered hard, but show NO buds even though the other 15 are budding really good now. I have 3 strains, Purple Bud, Blueberry and Gelat.OG. Neither Gel or BB are flowering along with 2 of the PB. Ive NEVER had plants just not flower at all in 6 years of growing. I maintain between 68-75 degrees and 5.6-6.0 ph never going over 1.3 EC. I even dropped the light to 11 on 13 off and they still wont make buds. What is going on here????

curious what came of these late bloomers. my buddy is asking me for help, and his situation is similar. he flipped to 12/12 on Sept 4th. Here we are, almost 4 weeks later & nada. They’re growing, but not flowering. and they aren’t really stretching the way mine do during the first few weeks. just looks like a veg room. love some feedback

I've not had this problem, but have read a few posts where putting them in dark for 24 hours usually helps. Then just continue with your regular light cycle used before the 24 hrs of dark. (12:12)
