Planty Smelling Buds

Why do the buds on my plants that have been flowering for well over 2.5 months still smell so planty? If i rub my fingers on them they get sticky and smell weedy, but when I put it up to my noise it smells planty. Did I come all this way to have something go wrong?

a lot of times, you won't get the true smell of the buds unless they're agitated. It would depend on the strain also. If you've been flowing for 2.5 months and it's not done, it's probably some type of sativa so it may change a little more before it's done.

I would give it time...I'm sure it will smell better right before the plucking.
