I am asking if this is a flower still in development. I know what open flowers look like, but I don't want this shit to open on me and knock up my ladies.

It's a little ball that looks like it's opening. Should I rip them off or kill rhe whole plant? It has some nice buds going though... That was my old set up, it's a lot bigger and brighter now. 300+ watts of flouresence lighting.

Well is it not closed off that may be you problem, light htting them in the dark period even a flashlight could be devistating. Cut its nuts off and see what happens from there, if it keeps happening toss it.
