Please give feed back on how close to harvest

First - Many thanks to everyone who gave me advice and to those who worked out solutions to any number of problems, deficiencies, and/or slimes.

Please take a look at the attached pictures and give feed back if they should be harvested soon or if they should go longer. What is desired is a clear cerebral high so if I understand it milky is best.

In general the pistils on main cola on the two plants closest to the are about 50% or more brown. Lower branches have greener pistils, some with only a few brown pistils. The trichomes have largely gone milky in the last two to three days. If I don't do it tomorrow I am going to have to wait until next weekend. That is the only complication. If given a choice I would rather fewer amber trichomes. The plants have not been flushed, but that would not be a problem if waiting is desirable. As a first run I really do not care that much though if it is not flushed. BTW all the pictures are from the best plants closest to the center of the lights, the outer ones may go longer; it is only a 400 watt light. The cab is small and it seemed more likely to fuck up the plants wrenching around to use the camera with difficult to access plants, so no documentation on them. The first two pictures are from yesterday, the other three are screen captures from today.

Strain is Harlequin,

I also use a 400w hps, plus others but it's my biggest light. It's hard to tell in the pics, but they don't look super "clear or shiny" in the last few pics. I also personally harvest with very few amber trichomes. Without being there i would say go till next weekend though, but hey it's hard to say because most of my pistols have turned orange by the time i've harvested.

I'm about to go take a look at the trichs while the lights are off to get a less color-distorted look with a tiny led light and microscope 100x.
