Please Guide Me

I'm prepping for my first grow and need some advice on seed selection. I have a waterfarm set up and the 250W HPS\MH on its way. My grow area is 2' x 2' x 5.5' Should I go with fems or regulars? I want something fairly robust and forgiving and would like a quicker turn around time for harvest. Would it be too much hassle to deal with males/hermis my first grow? Thanks for any advice/ suggestions. I'd also like to keep it under $50 for my first try.

Ive grown about 10 of Mandalas strains,not bad but Id buy me a few fems for my first grow,.Mandala dont carry any fems anymore,I got some Mandala#1 fems in 08 and they were the bomb.That 25 dollar pack of seeds were as good as some Ive paid 200.00 for.In general the more you pay for seeds the better they are unless you dealing with shady seed venders.Get you some mid price fems for your first grow,it will be easier on you....peace

Well, "Northern Lights" is always a classic that matches all these criteria. Before buying any feminized seeds, contact the breeder. You have the right to know if the seeds are feminized using C. Silver, or hermies. Some seed femming techniques are better than others. A seed that has been feminized using hermies can easily become a hermie itself.

Yea, Nirvana is supposed to be super legit. I usually order from Dr. Greenthumb, but it's pretty pricey. $200 for a 10 pack of seeds. Sometimes I wonder if I only believe his plants are better because of how much I pay for them, lol. Anyways, people swear by Nirvana mayne. I am finishing up a hodge-podge of about 9 different plants, and I'd recommend Kandy Kush to you. Real hardy plant, and it's fair bud sites.
