No biggie. Its fine. If you see spots underside of the leaf or webs worry.
I just worry as it’s my first grow. Don’t know why it started spotting
So paranoid about plants dying I constantly check on them to the point where my wife says there not gonna grow any bigger with you standing there watching them for hours. Put a lot of work into this as well as $. Just need my own supply of medicine. It’s the best medicine in the world. Cheers me right up.

I get it. I'm the same way. Well used to be. I look at them daily now just because I have to.

I forget what its called. The spot absent of mites or other pest is fine.

Try to go a day without looking at it. Lol.

I’d probably panic if I didn’t look for a day...lol. Checked the leafs with a magnifying glass and don’t see any little bugs or anything. Convinced my wife that I need to buy LED lights now because they have ones with IR and UV diodes. That should kill it if it’s white powdery mold. Any thoughts or advice for these autos?? Thanks appreciate you taking the time to talk to me and reassure me. Just want them to be big and healthy. Listen to me I’m falling in love with them...lol

I wouldn't micro manage the " baby " leaves on this seedling ... She looks ok.

AUTO TIPS :
Overwatering and overfeeding IS THE MOST COMMON SCREWUP with these plants.

Plant seed into FINAL SIZE CONTAINERS from the start. Transplanting is not required.
Some will argue this point but they will do fine ( straight to soil ) in your containers .....
I use Grow Bags , smart pots and regular black plastic pots. I recommend 1 gallon to 5 gallon. These are perfect for indoor grow sizes.

Use a good potting mix - happy frog , fox farms ocean , pro mix or even this lowe's veg garden mix. With this mix it will start your seeds with out overfeeding because it has Nutes in it. Just PH water to 6.5 ( I use tap ) and mist your seedlings INSTEAD OF DROWNING ENTIRE POT.

Autos can be grown on ANY schedule OVER 12/12 .... 24/0 , 20/4 , 18/6 most common.
12/12 cycle will give you shitty plant performance with autos. Stick to one schedule ( 18/6 ) THRU THE ENTIRE GROW. Autos will begin flower on its own. Usually around day 30-40 .

Be careful of stressing autos : they hate pruning , cropping and other man handling.
You can LST autos with good results - you cannot clone an auto but you can SEED one to make FEMMY autos.

They can get pretty big ( strain dependant ) and take the recommendations of harvest time as a guide ONLY .... Autos do much better running longer than what that breeder time says. Most Autos will usually finish under 90 days with some Super Autos / Hybrids that show very dominant Sativa will run longer to mature ( but way worth it ).

If using LED lights - you MAY have to add some calmag sometimes and usually a much lighter feed ( I feed about 1/2 strength ) as autos are sensitive to overfeeding and can stunt , but autos do not have time to recover ....... Veg stage is very short ( few weeks ) before throwing sex and beginning preflower .

There is much more but .... My 2¢

I agree mostly with budzbuddha.

I will add that using bloom nutes at the first sign of pistils (hairs) will reduce veg time.

The key to big autos is plant straight to final pot. 3-5 gallon. 3 gallon is the sweet spot. Use veg nutes all the way through or at least until stretch stops.

It would be cheaper to buy a reptile cfl or a 2ft t5 uv bulb. Both have uv.

fwiw, you have to look at the underside of leaves to see mites or their eggs. You will need a fairly high power scope 30x-60x. If you see either mites or thrips, or eggs, worry.

You should have an IPM program anyway in veg. If you can keep the plant bug free in veg, flower will go much easier.

I have a 60X loupe I’ll use to check the undersides. What’s an ipm program in veg? Totally new to this and appreciate everyone’s help!

IPM= Integrated Pest Management.

What I do, which I'm sure is different than most, is to rotate agents every week. So week one, I'll spray method 1, wait 3 days, and spray again. Then week 2 or 3, I might use spinosad. I also will add a liquid BT to the soil. I have neem, but have never used it. If I had bugs running amok the other methods wouldn't touch, I might use neem or azimax. But so far I've been able to keep them knocked down with the milder stuff.

I make sure I have no bugs (other than the occasional gnat) when I flip to flower. Then i coast, but still watch closely.

From what I can tell, everyone does IPM differently. It depends on their tolerance for the various pesticides. Method 1 is organic made up of essential oils, and the others I use are bacterial.

There are probably hundreds of posts on it in the bugz forum. So far, the mild stuff is working for me.

Thanks for the info. Could you please provide me a list of the aforementioned products? What are you spraying in method 1? Spinosad I’ve heard off but no idea what liquid BT is. I’ve heard of Neem but not azimax. Any further details you could provide like names of products for method 1 & 2 & 3 & 4. Thanks for the help. Really appreciate it.

Method 1 is a product name. It's made up of essential oils like rosemary and mints. Smells great.

Spinosad is a bacteria that was found growing in the waste pit of a distillery. It's sold under the brands captain jacks and monterey veg spray.

BT is also a bacteria, and you can get it in liquid form as well as infused in prducts like mosquito dunks. The link to the liquid is https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007UTE55A/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Method 1 is omri certiied. I'm not sure about the others.
