Hey the plant is doing much better. I potted up and bought some decent fertilizers also did a epsom salt foliar spray. Will post pics tomorrow
Thanks for all the advice
She was hungry

tell me about your fertilizer

is it liquid or salt
hopefully its not time released

what are the 3 numbers for NPK

does it list a % amount for

nitrogen
phosphorus
potassium
calcium
magnesium

2-7-4 it was pellets. I also got new soil and mixed in about 30% perlite. I did the epsom salt foliar aswell . Mixed in 1/3 cup fert with 3.75 gallons of dirtimage.jpgimage.jpg

for the magnesium/Epsom salt

take a look at the fan leaves and notice how the long edges fold up almost as if you where folding the leaf like a taco shell or canoe

when the margins fold back to flat your magnesium def is over

you might find you could spray it a couple times to correct it or you could add some to the roots also

1/4 tsp per gallon is a safe amount with little risk of issues

I did 1/4 tsp in a gallon of warm water I'm going to foliar spray daily I didn't a light top dress of Epsom before watering aswell. Very very light .

ok
the only thing about that fertilizer

its organic ...that's fine but

part of it wont be water soluble

for example the potassium or potash is soluble and available quick but parts of the nutrient are not

feather meal and bone meal are both very slow acting and wont become available for a few weeks

notice the magnesium.. it lists magnesium at 0.5% but then tells you that only 0.15% is soluble which means the balance isn't available until it decomposes by way of soil biology

the amount you added doesn't sound like too much but your likely to continue going hungry until the food becomes available and by then your likely in bad shape

not daily

if you did both e the foliar and the 1/4 tsp in the dirt you should be good

maybe do it again in 3 or 4 days if its not corrected

if you spray it every day itll accumulate ... it takes three days min for your plants to respond fully

Okay so is there anything i can do to get those nutes to the plant a little faster? It was already looking a bit premier a few hours after transplant , aswell as a bit more green yellow is going away. I probably did like 1/8 tsp in dirt tbh I sprinkled it ontop

go ahead and toss 1/4 tsp on the dirt

itll just sit there until you water it in next time

you will get some benefits from some of what you did but the long release organic is another deal

the only thing that will accelerate the release is compost tea with molasses

do you have any liquid fertilizers available to you?

if you can tell me what your going to get and what the npk numbers are I can tell you how much to use to ensure you don't burn it

I make my recommendations modestly

I brought my plant indoors for 36 hours to start the flowering phase. I've been doing 12/12 light for two days now. The newer leaves are getting a little better but some are still browning. This is my first plant ever. It's outdoors I keep it shaded sometimes due to high heat outside. I use regular water to water it. And am using miracle grow moisture control. Could it be from foreign debris on the leaves from being in my closet for 36 hours? Or heat stress? Anyone please? Also should I remove the dying leaves or let nature work it's magic ?

I would say it's ur miracle grow! That stuff will make it taste like shit too. Fox farms ocean Forrest is my fav. Also use these

Dutchieman420 is correct. Miracle Grow soils have fert in them already, you don't need to add more. Magnesium is not the solution to every problem. People here keep saying to add mag or calmag. Bad info spreads like fire here.

slow release chem fertilizers are a problem unless theyre organic and have time to become available

as to calmag and Epsom salt

magnesium def is the most common def in MJ and its possible one of the easiest to recognize\

the calcium and magnesium levels in most fertilizers are lower (in ratio) to what your goal is

if I suggest you add calcium or Epsom salt its because either
your plants show calcium def or your plants show magnesium def or your nutrient formula shows its light

no one said magnesium is the solution to every problem, but it is the solution to magnesium def which happens to be a extremely common problem

Could I get your opinion on my stuff? I'm starting to experience a little bit of curling just a little bit of splotching on one of the plants on the inside of the leaves but everything else is doing fairly well in my opinion. Let me know what you think please here I'll take some pictures

im sorry I cant really put my finger on anything with those pics

the lighting changes so distinctly from pic to pic and nothing jumps out at me

you've got a couple leaves here or there that might be doing this or that but over all it looks good to me

there might be some minor leaf canoe on maybe one plant but that could also be from being closer to the light so its hard to say

another pic I thought I seen a fan leaf that was folded under a wee bit so maybe at some point in lts life it got a little too much N..maybe! but it looks to have been resolved already

but all that really means very little and doesn't suggest much just keep trucking on

Thank you very much I appreciate it. I also took these pictures right when I turn the light on today and I haven't trimmed in a week or so yeah I try to change where the plants are in the room once or twice a week just to keep an even flow of light on all of the branches. I'm running out of room now it's crazy

the idea is to get the proper balance between the potassium calcium and magnesium

for example
4mls calmag yeilds
N21 ppm
Mg 13 ppm
Ca34ppm

and a 1/4 tsp Epsom salt (1 gram) yields
Mg 25ppm
Sulfur 33ppm

Balance among Cations

A critical balance exists among the K+, Ca2+, and Mg2+ cations; when they are

not in balance, plant stress occurs. When K is high in comparison to Ca or

Mg, the first likely effect to occur is Mg deficiency. In some instances, the

imbalance can induce a Ca deficiency. An imbalance among these three cations

is usually the result of excessive K fertilization, as K is more readily absorbed

and transported in the plant than is either Ca or Mg. This antagonism is greater

between K and Mg than between K and Ca. Despite these differences, care

must be taken to ensure that the proper balance between K and both Ca and

Mg is maintained so that an induced deficiency of either of these two elements

does not occur (Steiner, 1980).

most of the plant problems seen over and over revolve around this cation balance and
or over fertilizing
