I have done this cowasaki, and yes this is how you make feminized seeds, and why most of us will not buy fem seeds, much more likely to hermie. Look up Collidial silver (may have spelled it wrong) and you will see that this is how the make fem seeds. Also, environment helps to affect the sex of the plant, so you can still pull a male out of a pack of fem seeds.
Anyhow, if you still want to grow it out, locate ever spot that has a male and either cut that whole branch off, the bud off or pick the pollen out of it. Will help to limit the number of seeds you have. Also, there is a product called dutch master reverse, which is highly debated, that is supposed to stop this.
