hey everyone,

i have never grown before, but am going to this spring(early may). i am going to be growing outdoors and i live in maryland(if it matters). i have been doing some researce and such, but all the info i am getting is only brief discriptions on how to grow outdoors and its al how to grow indoors. i am not dumb and of course have a basic idea of how to grow. but anyways to the point, i keep reading about how growing indoors u have to give ur plant nutrients and all this other crazy shit during the flowering stage, and i was just wondering if u have to do the same wehn u grow outdoors or if u just plant the seeds and then water a little. i am also wondering what to pre-treat the soil with, or if i should just use regular old soil.

if anyway has any clue please help me out, but please do not give me bullshit answers, please only respond with u know what u are doing and have successfully grown outdoors before.

thanks alot

if you wana grow outside in the ground, put some lime over soil just a dusting turn into soil, then leave it for about 3-4 weeks. then when ready, start watering ground.your best to start your seedlings in small pots leaving them on a vahranda or in filtered light.get them up bout 3 inches before planting them out. if its too hot they will burn so make sure they get plenty of water, about 20 litres per plant per week ( less if your plants are younger) as they get up pull out the males, there the ones that develope bunches of seeds, keep the water up.i use pot ash, or even ash from a fire, aslong as it was only natural wood that was burned, no paper etc. i sprinkle this around base of plants, this enhances growth. dont use blood and bone fert outside it will only burn roots.... and from there on you should be ok. you can add nutes to seedlings at 3 weeks old, ive never added anymore after that and plants have grown fine. other people might think diffrent, im only telling you what works for me!! :joint::mrgreen:
