Please help me!

Hi everyone - I'm new at this, but have followed what many others seem to have "built" for themselves ...

I've attached a pic of my setup (it's an old bathroom vanity with some beadboard on top).

It's "ugly", but there are 5 (semi-successful) plants in it (all germinated about 5 weeks ago) I've had the lights on 24/7 and added the exhaust / intake about 10 days ago as I've heard people repeatedly say how important maintaning the proper temp is (it seems to hover between 78-82 now) and how important fresh air is ...

I used generic soil, and water them with bottled water about every 2 days - 2 of the plants are only about 1-2 inches tall, and other three range from 3-5 inches tall. The problem is that they don't have the "robust" green color that I equate with being healthy - e.g. they are all "light green" I keep them all as close to the bulbs as possible (1-3 inches) and try to rotate them often - as you'll see from the pic, they are surrounded by lights on all sides! I even painted the inside of the cab. flat white.

PS: the vents aren't just "vents" the exhaust is a nice size fan from a CPU power supply, and the "intake" is a laundry vent tube with CPU fan on each end - it blows a nice steady stream of cool air into the cab.

Thanks in advance for advice / help!!!

At that age they can't need watering more than once a week or so. Stop watering on a schedule, you're just overwatering them, and from now on only water when the pot is completely light weight and the plant has started to droop a little. If the pot has any weight to it other than dry dirt don't water.
