Please Help Need Advice??? It Looks Like The Nutes Burned Burned My Buds !!!

I think I burned my buds!!! I've been administering my plants some fox farms big bloom and tiger bloom nutrients at half the dose recommends on the back of the bottle label. It has been so hot out here in Cali lately. I noticed that my plants amount of water intake has doubled. So I figured instead of one jug of my nutrient cocktail, i figured what the hell why not give them two jugs of my nutrient cocktail.

So later on that week I checked and as I was watering them, I noticed that most of the pistils on the B-13's buds have turned orange in color. then i started to notice this going on everywhere mostly the damage seems to have taken it's toll on the B-13's lower
extremities. I tried reaching over to pinch it and as I did it just disintegrated into shake, but some of the buds are still alive?!! The leaves didn't show any sign of mold just a caterpillar that i peeled off a half munched out leaf, but for the most part the leaves on that branch looked perfectly fine... So that's what really made me scratch my head??? So if anyone has any feed back for me that would be great!!!

If I were you i would look for more caterpillars /worm borers. usually that seem to be the case for dead single buds and turning hairs just look on the buds that seem to be turning or dying and see if you can see little brown or black dots or balls ( their poop)on the bud or fan leaves. if so its caterpillars/worms and you should get some bt like safer caterpillar killer or Monterrey garden insecticide which will keep them from eating more,hope this helps
