feed her some grow big (1 tblspoon) mixed with regular amount of water ..... why does she look so un healthy?

honest opinion?.... I would guess just from the picture presented that you need to invest some more time and $ into your setup.

Are you keeping your temps around 75F?

explain that...

Fox Farm has a specific schedule you can follow for soil grows.
none of the weeks call for 1tbsp of 'Grow Big'...
you need to MAKE SURE you are limiting yourself to the ratios recommended on their schedule.
(not just the one on the side of the bottle...but the actual cannabis/soil feeding schedule.)
most people start with 1/4 strength and go up from there...feeding ONLY 2x/ week.

from the looks of it.. you may have just splashed some on the bottom leaves...hence the ugly wilting..
but your upper new growth is looking good... maybe a tad light in color...but still good.

get ready to transplant.
DONT use just straight soil... (perlite & vermiculite are strongly recommended)
and maybe stay away from clay pots... harder to keep your temp controlled.

what kind of lighting are you using?
light schedule?
